UAE corporate tax is 9% on taxable profit above AED 375,000, but qualifying free zone persons can retain a 0% rate on qualifying income. We test your revenue streams against the qualifying-activity rules and document the position.
Registration is mandatory once taxable supplies exceed AED 375,000 in a rolling 12 months, and voluntary above AED 187,500. We monitor your turnover and register before the threshold is breached.
Many free zones require audited accounts at licence renewal, and banks and corporate tax record-keeping rules effectively require them. We prepare statements with approved auditors either way.
